Hill Tops Gold (HTG) is pleased to advise that its wholly owned subsidiary, Harden Gold Pty Ltd, has received formal acknowledgement from Legacy Minerals Holdings Ltd (LGM) confirming completion of the Stage 1 earn-in requirements under the Harden Project Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreement.

Following satisfaction of the First Earning Period Requirements, including expenditure in excess of A$300,000 and completion of more than 750 metres of drilling, HTG has earned a 51% Joint Venture Interest in the Harden and McMahons Reef Projects (EL9657), effective 20 July 2026.

The establishment of the Joint Venture marks a significant milestone for HTG, providing the Company with a majority interest in two highly prospective gold and polymetallic projects within the Lachlan Fold Belt of New South Wales.

HTG has also elected to proceed to the Second Earning Period, under which the Company has the opportunity to increase its interest in the projects by satisfying the Stage 2 earn-in requirements in accordance with the Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreement.
