Hill Tops Gold is pleased to advise that its November Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling program has delivered strong assay results. Mineralisation and key geological units were further defined and extended, supporting and motivating ongoing exploration activities

Campaign Summary

A total of 9 RC drill holes for 514 metres were completed across the Wraumba and Adelargo Prospects to test interpreted extensions of mineralisation to the north and at depth, as well as to improve drillhole spacing. Alongside DrilIit Consulting Pty Ltd the program was executed safely, on schedule, and within planned operational scope.

Gold results continue to be strong (see figures below) with mineralised intersections up to 6m wide, with this Hill Tops Gold has confidence that mineralisation extends beyond previously drilled limits both along strike and down dip. These outcomes support the current exploration model and indicate that the system remains open, with potential for further expansion through additional drilling. Given the current gold price, these results strengthen confidence the projects upside and enhances the basis for a future resource growth potential.

Significant intercepts include:

  • 3m @ 3.0 g/t Au from 13m
  • 4m @ 2.0 g/t Au from 58m
  • 4m @ 3.0 g/t Au from 54m
  • 3m @ 1.4 g/t Au from 65m
  • 3m @ 1.3 g/t Au from 21m

Forward Program

Hill Tops Gold’s next exploration phase will focus on drilling at the McMahons Reef Project, West of Cootamundra, in the upcoming months. The project is a legacy gold mine, with exciting implications of polymetallic potential, this is a target we look forward to uncovering.
